"slowandsimpleliving", a few years in the making, is finally going live today.  It is a birthday gift to myself.  It is also a gift to my daughters, spouse, and those who have inspired or helped me take steps toward living a slower simpler life and finding sacred in the ordinary.  It is my sincere hope and prayer that the content of this website and these blog posts inspire you and give you the tools needed to slow your life down, dig deep, purge the non-essentials and embrace whatever makes your heart sing.   In my frank opinion, life is too short and uncertain to do anything else!
